We apply our sourcing, evaluation and guidance expertise using a 3-phase business model that defines our engagement with projects and clients.
The sourcing and evaluation (see Fig.1) of projects takes place through structured screening procedures off-field and on-field and personal meetings with key people in the management team. The resulting evaluation report serves as the basis for investors to either proceed to a comprehensive third party due diligence, or take the investment decision. For project developers, our report serves as a key document analysing the overall project quality and recommending next steps to be taken to prepare for investor introduction and to enter the next development phase.
The evaluation process encompasses legal, financial, technical & risk analysis, an assessment of the people involved together with understanding each project’s ability to create substantial returns in the future, and its approach to the environment.
Guidance (see Fig.1) of a project investment commences after evaluation has been successfully completed. Topan will be mandated to guide the project investment throughout its life cycle with given tasks such as:

At its mature development stage (see Fig.1), a project investment is to become a sustainable asset with substantial returns. Topan will continue to provide project management guidance and to optimise financial solutions to access further funding to grow and/or to transact current shareholdings.
Topan accompanies the allocation of funds and divestiture strategies for investors throughout the project investment life cycle.
